The meeting with your guide will take place at the main entrance of Park Güell on Carretera del Carmel (you can find it on Google Maps as Carretera del Carmel, 21). We recommend arriving a few minutes in advance to facilitate group organization and access to the park.

- Please arrive on time at the meeting point. The tour will begin at the scheduled time.
- Park Güell has several entrances. Please make sure you go to the Carretera del Carmel entrance, which is the designated meeting point for this tour.
- Cancellations are not accepted once the booking has been confirmed, except in duly justified circumstances.
- Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date and are subject to availability.
